WHO JUDGES THE JUDGES?

........................... Do they do favours?

If you know anyone who is being judged by Judge Stephen Norrish refer them to this web page. I suggest they refuse to be judged by him. They deserve better.

UPDATE 5 DECEMBER 2010

Francis Orchard, on trial before Judge Stephen Norrish for drug offences, is looking down the barrel of a very stiff sentence if convicted. Francis Orchard's case is the ideal scenario for Judge Norrish to demonstrate whether he is a wrecker or supporter of the system he purports to represent.

You see, the evidence in this web page shows Judge Norrish to be. a wrecker.

Francis Orchard is Judge Norrish's first big case (except for Excalibur) since this web page went up in April 2008 and what better way to prove he is not a wrecker than hand down a harsh sentence on a drug dealer. A nice emotive case and with a harsh sentence it is a sure thing to win brownie points for Judge Norrish.

Someone should warn Francis Orchard that he is before a judge who is compromised and consequently Francis' chance of a fair sentence, if convicted, is also severely compromised.

If the sentence is soft then the public will know that Francis Orchard has spoken up and got off lightly in exchange for not complaining publicly about this web page. Of course, in that situation everybody loses.

What is urgently needed is for our Judiciary to address the contents of this web page. Of course we know they won't. We all know justice is not being served while a judge who is compromised sits on the bench. It makes a mockery of the whole court which prefers to cover up their own who commit crimes. What a shambles.

UPDATE 16 JULY 2009 This web page is NO.1 on Google and MSN because it deals with corruption and dishonesty at the highest levels in the NSW, Australia courts. If I was told to take it down, that I am doing something wrong, then it could be reported in the media. So the authorities leave it in place hoping that ignoring the site will help the matter go away. That will NEVER happen. It will only get bigger, a whole lot bigger. The site has been up since April 2008. The matter can't be reported in the media because it is ostensibly a family matter but as you will come to understand after reading the details below, there is a serious public interest component. This is the motivation behind my actions. In due course and with further internet exposure pressure will mount and the people concerned will have to be held accountable for their actions. If you know anyone who is being judged by Judge Stephen Norrish refer them to this web page. I suggest they refuse to be judged by him. They deserve better. The people of NSW don't deserve what is being held up as justice in this state. By the way, Norrish has not got any money out of the matter. I've got it. They threatened to take me back to court but have not done so. Why? They can't, not with that Order. My solicitor, Mr Ian McCleary is no longer a partner at Addisons Lawyers. I sent my web page to Addisons partners in May 2008 and Mr McCleary retired in June 2008. Mr Justice Hamilton appears to no longer be serving in the Supreme Court. I suppose he too has retired. Then there's Hugh Macken who was President of the NSW Law Society. Don't know where he is these days but he's no longer President of the Law Society. Now that's a useless organisation, deserving of the criticism levelled against it. Why haven't the people got true representation when there's a genuine complaint? Something needs to be done about me or about the people in this matter. Stalemate is no answer.

UPDATE 6 SEPTEMBER 2009 - The Premier, Mr Nathan Rees, the Opposition Leader, Mr Barry O'Farrell and four other MPs - Attorney General Mr Hatzistergos, Shadow Atttorney General Mr Smith, Ms Sylvia Hale, Greens and Mr Fred Nile, Christian Democratic Party have been contacted today and urged to act. We will see if these parliamentarians are concerned about justice in NSW. If so they will use parliamentary privilege to raise the matter and have it reviewed in public, not behind closed doors. Franca Arena did it and was proved right.

UPDATE 23 DECEMBER 2009 - We are now onto our third Premier since April 2008 when this webpage began.

Nathan Rees has been replaced by Kristina Keneally as Premier. I will inform her today of her problems with the Judiciary. I expect she too will attempt to cover it up. But at least she can't say she didn't know when crunch time comes.

Dishonest judges remain untouched.

Mr Barry O'Farrell has ignored evidence of a fraud masterminded by a judge. Do we really want a new leader who is prepared to turn a blind eye to misconduct in the Judiciary?

Mr Smith has been given evidence of serious judicial misconduct. He has ignored the evidence and done nothing.

Mr Hatzistergos has been given evidence of serious judicial misconduct. He has ignored the evidence and done nothing. Ignoring evidence of a crime was once also a crime. But I suppose when you are Attorney General you are above the law, not subject to it, can do as you please and ignore serous crime when it suits. Look how they covered up for that paedophile Orkopolous.

Ms Sylvia Hale of the Greens has been given evidence of serious judicial misconduct. She has ignored the evidence and done nothing. Still want to vote for the Greens?

Mr Fred Nile has been given evidence of serious judicial misconduct. He has ignored the evidence and done nothing. When the opportunity arrives to keep our system on the straight and narrow Fred Nile cannot be counted on. Don't complain Mr Nile when the human rights legislation gives judges more power - by not acting when there is evidence of wrong doing in the Judiciary, you are assisting the growth of their power.

Please read on for an outline of the matter.

The purpose of this website is to -

The Problem

I have been issued with a Consent Order by the Supreme Court of NSW which, by law, I am obliged to follow.  The problem is I did not consent to the Order.  My instructions were not followed by my legal counsel Mr Phillip Hallen SC and Mr Ian McCleary of Addisons Lawyers.  They did a favour for the other side.

On the day in court one of my adversaries on the other side was my half blood cousin, citizen of NSW Mr Stephen Norrish.  When Mr Norrish goes to do a day's work he does so as Judge Norrish of the District Court of NSW.  At the hearing in question he was citizen Norrish.  Mr Justice John Perry Hamilton of the Supreme Court of NSW was the Judge at the hearing.

As a result of the favour done for Mr Norrish by his colleagues he now goes to work at the NSW District Court owing favours.  I believe he is compromised in his position.

This has implications for everyone of NSW because any person could be the person in court on the day or days the favour is called up and like me, no matter how good your evidence is, you will lose.  Also, we must ask, when is the favour paid out and how many times does it have to be returned?  Are the favours transferrable.  How extensive is the web?

If this Order is allowed to stand it means that solicitors and barristers can write an agreement on behalf of their client, tell the client that he/she agrees with it, put it through the Court without evidence of the client's agreement and the client has to obey.

The Evidence of My Claim

(At this point it is useful to read "Background to Consent Order")

Attempts at Resolution

I wrote a letter to Mr Reg Blanch, Chief Justice of the District Court of NSW outlining my concerns that one of his judges may be compromised and enclosing the paperwork in the matter.  As you can see from Justice Blanch's response and my reply to that letter he did not acknowledge my complaint at all.

I complained to the Legal Services Commissioner about my solicitor's failure to follow my instructions and in this complaint I included my belief that Judge Norrish would appear to be compromised.

The Legal Services Commissioner passed the matter over the Law Society.  The Professional Conduct Committee (faceless, nameless people) of the Law Society has dismissed my complaint about my solicitor and ignored my belief that Judge Norrish would appear to be compromised.

In one of my letters to the Law Society I wrote stating the salient issues of the matter.  The response from the Law Society is self explanatory.

As you can see I cannot get my serious allegations reviewed.  I need media help and public pressure to get this to happen.  Seems this is the only way misconduct in this State is investigated

Conclusion

It's everyone's worst nightmare to go to court with watertight evidence and have their legal team conspire against you with the aim of favouring the other side.  That is what happened to me and favours were done.  Now favours are owed in high places.

I am perhaps breaking the law making this web site and publishing the material contained in it, I don't know, but I am doing so in the belief that a wider public interest is inherent in my complaint.  I am ready for their attack on my credibility - criticise or sack the messenger will be the approach.

So Who Judges the Judges?  No-one.  The people and organisations charged with this responsibility will not act.  Judges can do as they please because they know there is no-one prepared to stop them.  If there happens to be a review it is done by their own.  They are immune from public scrutiny.

My complaint will be supported if there is an open public investigation.  It is only necessary to look at the evidence.  Three solicitors have looked at the papers and confirm this.  This is a matter of evidence, not argument and must NOT be resolved behind closed doors where dishonesty abounds.

I ask people to contact the media and put pressure on to have this matter brought to light. (16 July 2009 update - I have learned that the media can't report this matter because of restrictions placed by the courts on what the media is able to report - so much for freedom of speech.)  Our judicial system cannot operate with cover ups and favours.
